The new Vermeer BC900XL brush chipper was designed to eliminate the guesswork out of chipping. No chucking. No ducking. Just smooth chipping performance. Able to chip heavily branched material up to 9' (23 cm) in diameter and 14' (35.5 cm) wide, the BC900XL is ideal for line clearing and general cleanup needs. In combination, the Vermeer exclusive SmartFeed system, and its 40 hp (29.8 kW) Kohler engine, pulls in and processes difficult material.
The BC900XL wood chipper provides operator safety with the patented bottom feed stop bar. The four-position upper feed control bar with dual stop positions and forward / reverse feed positions mounts over the feed table and enables the operator to stop the feed rollers and select forward or reverse operations.
