IKA LR 1000 Laboratory Reactor Video

The LR 1000 control from IKA is a modular, extendible laboratory reactor designed for the optimization of chemical reaction processes and for mixing, dispersing, and homogenization applications in laboratory contexts. The system can be quickly adapted to the required application with a minimum of effort. The LR 1000 laboratory reactor from IKA is ideal for applications in the cosmetics and pharmaceuticals sector. The temperature of the medium may be as high as 120°C. A temperature sensor in the medium thermostatically controls the heat output from the heating unit under the vessel. The IKA LR 1000 control laboratory reactor package includes a PT 100.30 temperature sensor and the corresponding holder for use with the LR 1000.61 lid. Particular highlights of the LR 1000 control package are the integrated pH sensor connection and its interfaces. The latter enable the display of all process-relevant data, the saving of data to storage media and control of the reactor by connection to a PC or laptop. The software package enables further adaptation of the system and its processes.
