Every beer and cider runs through our Flottweg Separator. The separator continuously removes varying levels of yeast, proteins and hops from the beer. For Rhinegeist brewing the main advantages of our separator have been the efficient and fast process, the high capacity compared to a filter, local service and our Soft Shot® ejection system – no shot-gun blast during ejection.
