YongXiang was established in 2014 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, and its controlling shareholder is Hubei Yongxiang Food Processing Machinery Co., Ltd. It is a new benchmark enterprise focusing on the research and development, manufacturing and sales of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment.

In 2016, the first intelligent side-deep fertilizer spreader for rice successfully rolled off the production line, and successively launched products such as intelligent precision seed roller, intelligent rice side-deep fertilizer spreaders, and intelligent fertilization and seeding control systems.

In 2018, it made its debut at the China (Wuhan) International Agricultural Machinery Expo. As one of the five products in the national audition, the Yongxiang intelligent rice side-deep fertilizer spreader was exhibited for free in agricultural full mechanization booth by the Agricultural Machinery Promotion Station of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China.

In 2023, the market sales reached a sales scale of 100 million yuan. In October 2018 passed the "National High-tech Enterprise" evaluation and has obtained 14 patents authorized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
