As the business grew, the VanBuuren family decided to enlarge their operations to a plant in Grassie, Ontario. With over 100,000 square feet of production and warehouse space, the Ontario plant features:

By having a larger production facility, the company was able to produce more calf housing products that were shipping not just to Canada, but to the United States, Europe, Asia, Mexico, Middle East and South America.

In 2018, a second production facility in Sidney, Nebraska was built. By having a distribution plant in the western U.S., Agri-Plastics was able to meet higher production demands, as well as getting product out to the customers faster. The Sidney, Nebraska plant is 159,000 square feet. This facility features:
