Shallot Grader / Topper / Sizer Video

This turnkey installation was recently commissioned in Tasmania to receive, inspect, top, tail and size shallots. The lines two key components are a dual fan topping unit and a lift roller sizer. These two items when coupled as such give an excellent clean and accurate result – as you can see.
