In this experiment,we selected SOCO Polymer SDK324 with wet applicationwhich means the SAP need to be absorbed into hydrogel then mixed with the matrix in the following proportions.At the seed emergence stage, we observed that the seeds of 1:0.8 and 1:1.6 emerged first, 1 day earlier than the other experiment groups; After tomato seedlings in each group reached the degree of transplanting and colonization, we measured the plant height and stem size, The final results showed that the average diameter of the seedlings in the 1:1.6 experimental group was 22% higher than that of the control group, and the average height was also 13% higher , the seedlings could emerge 2-3 days earlier. Therefore, we can conclude that SOCO polymer can make tomato seedlings grow stronger,shorten the seedling period, improve seedling emergence speed and improve the efficiency of seedlings, thereby increasing the final yield and earnings. During the experiment, we also conducted drought simulation teat. The results showed that the water shortage in the experimental group was delayed for about 2 days than that of the control group. With the increasing of the SOCO Polymer, the drought resistance of the plants was stronger.
