Tenías, S.A
Tenías Harvester. Continuous Hopper Discharge System
Whether harvesting Almond or Pistachio fields the machine automatically detects the tree and begins the shaking process. Once the shaker has attached to the tree, a foot brake is applied to the ground allowing all the vibration force to be transmitted for superior performance.
The shaken nuts fall into the main structure of the machine and are transported to the rear by two conveyor belts.
Once at the rear of the machine the nuts are swept to the cross conveyor through the Stick Rake (destemmers) removing any fallen branches.
After the cross conveyor the nut and leaf material is sent through the leaf cleaning system where the leaves, empty hulls, and shells are ejected from the machine leaving only clean nuts in the hoppers.
When the hoppers are near full the fill alarm sounds signaling the driver to coordinate the bankout carts. The cart operator must activate the discharge lever on the back of the machine by gently bumping into the rear of the bin activating the continuous discharge, all while the harvester never stops shaking trees. Tenias Harvester has unmatched efficiency and harvesting capacity.
