The trailers have a wide parallel chassis constructed from rolled hollow section fully sealed for long life, and wide spaced rams giving greater stability. The bodies have a robust box section top rail for extra durability. Side and rear panels are ribbed and braced for strength and rigidity. Panel thicknesses are: 5mm Floor, 4mm Front, 3mm Sides. Silage extensions are available across the whole range, with both side and front loading types being available. Various taildoor systems are available including Cable Latching, Auto Opening, Hydraulic etc.

A variety of Headboards (optional). The pictures overleaf illustrate that a variety of easily detachable head and tailboards can be fitted, giving total versatility. All deck heights are kept to a minimum to facilitate loading and unloading.

All models are complete wth 70mm 6 stud axles, 12.5/80x15.3 ply tyres, road lights including front marker lights with side reflectors, hydraulic brakes and two large capacity lifting rams. The trailer is locked in its raised position by two ram length pivoted channels. This ensures that no weight rests on the rams when travelling. The floor is a 5mm chequer plate extended over the rear wheels for carrying ropes, chains, etc, and has a 4inch rail to prevent loss. Rope hooks are fitted every 2ft, with chain bars at either end and centre. Hydraulic pipes run inside the drawbar to prevent damage.

Standard Equipment Includes: Heavy wide parallel chassis, constructed from RHS fully sealed for long life, and wide spaced rams giving greater stability. The trailer sides and floor are continuously welded. Body sides are 3mm with a 50mm x 50mm RHS top rail for extra strength, 4mm front and 5mm floor, making a robust multipurpose trailer. Also included as standard equipment are hydraulic cam brakes, road lights, tapered body, inspection ladder (internal and external) rope hooks and road springs (tandem models only).
