Proper Support for Original Dura Trac expanded metal and woven wire calf floors: Supports must run laterally across the short way of the openings. All calf floor supports must be at most 14 inches apart.

The Original floor is made to use with your supports.  Best of all, it works great for not just new building, but also for replacement flooring.  Custom options such as perimeter rod, notching, and holes are available to fit your needs.  A Dura Saver feed saver bolts on easily.

One Calf Stall Starter Pen is needed for each row of calf stalls. The Starter calf stall has two side panels. Each add-on stall has one side panel because it shares a side panel with the stall before. The entire calf stall is completely coated with durable plastisol (polyvinyl). The vented sides allow air to flow easily, while solid sides prevent unwanted drafts in colder climates. The Dura Trac Clearspan expanded metal and woven wire calf floors offer superior footing. The calf-appropriate mesh size aids in traction. For calves up to 300 pounds. Custom sizes available.

Add-on calf stalls have just one side panel and easily connect to the starter calf stall. All pens in the row will connect and share a side panel with the next stall. The vented sides allow excellent airflow, while the solid panels prevent unwanted drafts in colder climates. The Dura Trac Clearspan Calf expanded metal or woven wire calf floor provides excellent footing and traction for calves up to 300 pounds. Custom sizes are available. Bottle holders are sold separately.

2-Quart or 3-Quart polyvinyl-coated metal bottle holders are an option for all Dura Trac Calf Pen Systems and Calf Stalls. A thick layer of plastisol that is strongly bonded to the metal coats the entire unit.

This is what is included with the Double Calf Pen System: One front panel. Two side panels for the starter pen and one for add-on pens – either vented or solid.

The accessories shown are compatible with the Calf Stall and Pen System. Also, this completely polyvinyl-coated steel bottle holder easily attaches to the front gate with options available for either a two-quart or a three-quart bottle.  Additionally, our bottle holders come with a backstop to keep the bottle from being pushed out, saving you from picking bottles up off the ground. The Calf Pen System and the Calf Stalls include 8-quart feed and water pails.

The Dura Trac Clearspan Complete Cast System includes a self-supported floor and two cast iron sections that fit in the center of the floor to keep the sow cool.

The Dura Trac Clearspan Farrow Complete Cast System includes an expanded metal or welded rodor self-supported floor, cast iron center, Stokboard Feed Saver, and hardware.

The cast iron center section is placed between two Clearspan creep side floors. Sows stay cool on a cast iron center.
