FeedTronic 1001-A is a highly flexible, powerful and accurate electronic feed weighing system especially designed for breeders and pullet raising where precise restrictive feed control is a must. Extremely flexible and easy to operate, it can be programmed to give different quantities of feed to each hopper. It can distribute different feed quantities for male and female chickens from two different silos to up to 15 different hoppers. An internal clock starts at a preset time and distributes the desired quantity to each hopper. Using its on/off timer, it can operate the various feed lines up to 8 times per day.

The FeedTronic 2002-A is a robust, user friendly and precise electronic feed batch weighing system especially designed for restrictive feeding for pullet and heavy breeder raising. All information can be easily preset and viewed on the display by use of the keyboard. It displays the exact amount of daily feed and water and records water and feed consumption throughout the entire growing period for optimal results. By operating the different feed lines, the unit can distribute the necessary amounts of feed up to 8 times per day.

The FeedTronic 3003-A is designed to weight and mix two types of feed and distribute it accurately to the house. The exact amount of each feed type is weighed out in small batches, then sent into the house. The FeedTronic has a built-in blending curve for use throughout the growing period.

FeedTronic 4004-A is a powerful feed silo weighing system especially designed for restrictive feeding for pullets, heavy breeders and free feeding for broilers. Feed lines can be operated up to 8 times in a 24-hour period in accordance to the preset quantity of feed. FeedTronic 4004-A unit displays current weight from 2 feed silos, displays daily and total feed consumption; if a water meter is connected, daily water consumption is also displayed.  The last silo filling can be recalled. All data is recorded in the controller’s internal memory. Feedtronic 4004-A can be remotely controlled from any connected device, PC, smartphone or tablet via the Cellink cellular alarm unit.

When precise restrictive feed control is a must, FeedTronic 5005 is the ultimate electronic silo weighing system especially designed for feeding in breeders and pullet houses. The unit can operate two separate feed augers from two different silos, and can distribute separate male and female feeds to up to 15 different hoppers. Using load cells and mounting brackets to support 3 to 6-legged silos, FeedTronic 5005 displays the amount of feed in each silo separately, as well as daily and total feed quantity per hopper and total flock feed consumption.

The FeedTronic 6006 is a specialized and highly accurate hopper weighing system especially designed for restrictive feeding of the male birds in the breeder house. Designed with simplicity and convenience in mind, it can be programmed to bring any preset amount of feed to the male hopper several times a day.

The batch weighting drum is supplied with, feed door, 75kg load cell, metal frame and covers for dust protection.

The weight that one Load cell can carry is 5 tons. Maximum load on 4 legs: 20 tons. Maximum load on 6 legs:  30 tons. Maximum load on 8 legs:  40 tons. Maximum load on 12 legs:  60 tons. Maximum load on 16 legs:  80 tons.
