Building Wall Panels

Al’s precast concrete wall panels offer the perfect solution to any build, from dairy parlors to commercial buildings and warehouses. The panels are low maintenance, extremely durable, fire resistant, and virtually indestructible without interfering with radio signals, local, Wi-Fi and internet networks. Buildings constructed with precast concrete wall panels have better sound control thanks to the concrete density’s ability to absorb sound. They are also more energy efficient as the sandwich-type insulation provides a very tight building with almost no cold transfer. Concrete’s high thermal mass allows the walls to absorb exterior heat, keeping the interior cool during the day, and any heat gains from inside are maintained longer.

Bunker Silos

Bunker Silos from Al’s Concrete Products allow you to feed your cattle quicker with the highest quality feed that’s free from excess moisture and rainwater. Using a bunker silo provides you with a much lower cost per ton of feed storage with virtually no maintenance required. Our precast bunker silos are available in L and T shaped panels, with heights of 5’, 8’6” and 12’. Our walls are made using solid concrete throughout the whole panel. The precast panels are heavily reinforced and made with a 7,000psi concrete mix with a water-cement ratio of .40 or less. We offer in-stock units ready for immediate delivery for faster efficient installation. Panels are also moveable and can be easily repurposed for other types of storage to fit your needs.

Feed Bunks

Al’s Concrete Feed Bunks offer a strong, long-lasting solution for feeding your livestock. Our feed bunks are reinforced using a combination of heavy gauge wire mesh and rebar and manufactured with minimum 7000 psi concrete and water-cement ratio of 0.40 or less. Our precast feed bunks are available in H- and J-styles, and are made with holes and/or inserts within the bunks for easy mounting of accessories, such as posts. We also have feed bunks available for sheep or small calves available, as well as molded or bolt-on end caps for all styles. To prepare your site for a new feed bunk, we recommend they be placed on a 6” thick slab wide enough to allow a minimum 12” wide step on the cattle side.
