Producing a liquid extract of fresh spirulina maximises the number of active molecules in their native form, meaning functional molecules. Phycocyanin (100 % natural blue pigment), polysaccharides and vitamins are extracted together in water and the cytoplasmic liquid of spirulina.

To protect its nutritional qualities, we guarantee that our spirulina is dried at low temperatures (less than 45°). This process locks in the phycocyanin, one of spirulina’s particularly sensitive compounds.

Use fleur de sel sea salt every day: sprinkle it directly over your dishes, season meals after cooking or bring out the flavour of your vegetables! 95 % fleur de sel sea salt. 5 % spirulina.
