In 1999, the first Alstor 8 × 8 was driven out of the production factory in Dingle, Bohuslän. Now over 1000 machines are rolling around Sweden and the rest of the world. With the starting point, flexible load carrier with good terrain properties, Alstor has continued its development into a fully-fledged durable forestry machine. Today, it is a modern machine with extremely good maneuverability that is available in a variety of designs. Choose between a clean forwarder, a harvester or a combi machine. Over the years, the machine has been equipped with a number of options and specially adapted to a number of different operations. In 2017 came the first model of generation 3 where the previously model program`s appreciated mechanical driveline was supplemented with a hydrostatic transmission and differential. Alstor is today represented by about ten retailers in Sweden and another ten or so retailers around the world.
