AmyProtec 42 is a biological soil fungicide, containing the rhizosphere (rooting zone) colonizing bacteria Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB42. The bacteria create a “disease-inhibiting protective shield”. Thus preventively applied AmyProtec 42 can efficiently suppress soil borne pathogens. Loopex is an insecticidal virus for the control of cabbage looper (Trichoplusia ni) on vegetables. It kills the larvae by ingestion and has an additional long-term effect on pest population reduction. aPhinity BSW is a pheromone lure that is used as a detection tool. The lure works by attracting males of the Blueberry Spanworm species to a trap. The lure is not harmful to the environment, humans or pets.

Thymovar is for the treatment of varroosis of honey bees. The active ingredient, Thymol supports bees in the fight against the Varroa Destructor mite. The evaporation of thymol creates concentrations in the hive air that are toxic to Varroa. Thymovar is ideal as a long-term treatment and as protection against reinvasion in moderate varroa infestation. All castes of honey bees including, Queen bees tolerate Thymovar well. The product is easy to apply and gives long-term protection against Varroa mite re-infestation. Thymovar is best used directly after the honey harvest. For use on Nucleus, Single and Double Brood Chamber colonies.

aPhinity BSLB™ is a pheromone lure used for detection of the brown spruce longhorn beetle. The addition of this lure to the black intercept traps baited with high release rate lures of ethanol and spruce blend synergies trap capture of the brown spruce longhorn beetle. The aPhinity BSLB™ lure may be placed on traps in May and will last for the duration of the season. No permit is required for the use of this lure due to the fact that it is used exclusively to detect the presence of the spruce longhorn beetle in the local area.

Suppression efforts with TM Biocontrol are neccessary in order to manage these invasive pests and to protect natural resources as well as forest integrity. The product can be applied by ground or by air and as with all baculoviridae, only the target species is affected.
