With BAADER 75 you can reduce the number of operators to only two without loosing line speed or efficiency. The new semi-automatic pinboner removes the pin bones from your salmon, wild salmon or sea trout fillets. We have made the tool 10% lighter in comparison to the model before and more efficient concerning the raw product handling. With the safety shift, the tool has become safer and the cabinet is capable of using two hand tools at the same time. For your flexibility there are right- and left-hand versions.
Small Fish Stunner
The SI~2 small fish stunner can be used for a variety of small fish from 600g to approximately 1.5Kg. The SI~2 machine is designed using the same well-developed percussive stunning principles as the SI~5 salmon stunners. The SI~2 configuration is assembled to suit particular species ranging from trout to catfish to tilapia by interchanging the main components.
