For models 30.000, the steel, rubber-protected riddles consist of two parts. After removing a single bolt, the riddles can be slid in or out of the riddle box, sideways. This simple action can be carried out on either side of the machine. Elongated tubers that get stuck in the riddles are lifted out of the riddles by the dual-automatic riddle cleaner.

The KV 40 is suitable for filling boxes with a maximum height of 1.250mm. The last part of the belt is angled causing a smooth landing of the product in the centre of the box. The machine is provided with a solid frame, equipped with castorwheels. At the top of the machine the output has been foreseen, during the filling process this gutter can be lifted. At the KV 40-0,5S an fully automatic fall breaker has been provided as shown on the top picture. With this system the product is put into the box very gently.

There were two ways to separate clods and stones from potatoes -- by hand, or using an electronic system. The first method was effective, but time consuming. The second method was costly and far less effective, partly because of electronic sensitivity to interference. Fortunately, Bijlsma Hercules now has a better method -- the mechanical clod separator, an affordable and extremely effective system.

For compact solutions a KV 2800 is highly recommended, especially for complete solutions with less space where boxes need to be filled.
The machine is specially designed to be moved simply by means of a fork lifttruck, to that place where trucks or other bulk store equipment need to be unloaded. In combination with the conveyor TCL a very keen system can be deliverd, suitable for all users.

Bijlsma Hercules offers the possibility to install almost all machines from its product range on a single frame. The biggest advantage of these combies is that the transition from one machine to the other is always perfect. Since the combies are equipped with a heavy-duty tow-hook construction, they can be easily transported -- even over long distances. It is also possible to equip these machines with central electrical drive arrangements.

The unique construction of the latest generation of Bijlsma Hercules box fillers assures absolute dump-cone-free filling. This is essential for proper air permeability, and therefore for the effectiveness of the ventilation/cooling system. Application of vertical elevators with very product friendly finger-carrier construction make it possible to fill boxes of virtually any shape or size. Simply by choosing another boxtype into the touchpanel, it is possible to fill boxes of different heights or widths with minimum drop heights.

For the most simple way of filling boxes we introduce the KV 1750 to customers who do want to fill boxes, but with a very low budget machine. The KV 1750 has been provided with 2 self retracting fall breakers, which will go up automatically when filling the boxes. As soon as one box is filled, the machine will automatically go to the next box and restart filling again.

The BSB 3810 receiving hopper is perfect for smaller companies that cultivate fairly light soil and want to transport their product with smaller-sized tipping trailers. These cisterns are also suitable as a dosing bunker in a processing line, where the product is delivered from crates, for example, and an intermediate storage must therefore be used. A hydraulically adjustable funnel is available for this.

Product cleaning without damage: This product cleaner model has polyurethane spiral rollers in the cleaning bed. Due to the spiral shape, the crop is transported as damage-free as possible and by adjusting the roller distance, soil and product are separated from each other quickly and safely. The product cleaner is equipped with a direct drive per roll. As a result, slip and wear are kept to a minimum, so a long product lifespan is guaranteed. The product cleaner is available as standard in versions with 7 rollers, but can be expanded with additional rollers for a higher cleaning capacity. Combining several cleaning beds one after another is also possible with this version.
