BoMill’s patented grain quality sorting technology makes it possible to identify, analyze and sort each individual kernel in a batch of grain. The IQ grain quality sorter is a laboratory machine with the capacity to analyze each kernel using NIT and sort them in accordance with their chemical composition. The capacity of the IQ grain quality sorter is 1000 kernels/min. Durum wheat, wheat, and barley are the standard crops and each crop has its specific singulator.

The speed is fully compatible with the needs of industrial grain handling – delivering a sorting capacity from 3 to, at least, 30 metric tons of grain per hour.

The storing of grains, rice, edible beans, peas and other agricultural products is much more than putting them in a bin. The SPR Dryer features industry-leading automation for filling, drying and reversing airflow, giving operators ultimate quality control, flexibility, precision and performance throughout the drying process.

Bratney Ear Corn Shellers are designed to remove the kernels gently from the cob with the highest degree of efficiency. The shelling chamber features a semi-circular cage equipped with round bars. The shaft has a unique design to ensure gentle conveyance and durability.  The combination machine that includes an aspiration system and a drum style cleaner allows the kernels to be cleaned prior to bulk storage.  Simple access and clean-out features make changing between hybrids quick and safe.

Sorrel separators are designed to separate the sorrel seed from the seed of trefoil plants (clover, lucerne). The separator removes also seeds from other weeds unless their surface is smooth and shrunk unripe seeds or seeds fragments. The machine is used for seed corns grading as a part of a cleaning line or as a sole machine. The cleaning unit is formed by twin cylinders covered with velvet.
