Established in Montana, Bulgaria in the year of 2000 with its main activity – trading with textile materials as yarns, fabrics and fibres. In 2005 we founded a shop chain and production of yarns. Production of garments was shifted to a sister company Estefan EU LTD. In 2007 we began to trade and produce knitted garments. The companies we produce garments for include M&S, Jessica, Massimo Dutty, Bershka, Etam. In 2009 we started Company Registration and provided Management Services to foreign companies and private entrepreneurs from all over the world. Nowadays we have companies from India, Turkey, Serbia, Italy, England, Romania, Albania, Greece, Malta, Macedonia, who seek our help. Since 2010 we have been selling Food products and Vegetable Oils. In 2014 we founded the trading company BULyarns LTD through which we sell textile and knitwear.
