Since 1965 until 1990, CELSAN engaged in the production of agricultural machinery and cultivation equipment and since 1990, specialized in developing itself on discs used in agricultural machineries. Since 2000,with all the strength and experience in the development, production and quality of the winning firm, the sector continues to rice rapidly. The company is operating in its facilities consisting of 18.000 m2 open area and 8.000 m2 closed area.
The Production system is consist of Pressing, Metal Cutting, Heat Treatment, Painting and Packaging sections.
Only Boron Steel is used as a raw material for products manufacturing.
Full automatic production lines, Half automatic production lines, Plasma and Laser Cutting lines are available in the manufacturing process. All Cutting and Shaping process performs by the press machine. The discs sharp are carried out on the CNC sharping system machine.
The Heat Treatment process includes Annealing, Cooling and Tempering processes. All these processes are performed under continuous and sensitive control. The cooling process is performed by the means of the specific chemicals.
There is the 6 axle Robot technology applied on the Heat Treatment process.
The Painting process operates automaticly by the powder printing system.
