Chilton Trailers

Chilton Trailers is located in Chilton, Wisconsin and has manufactured trailers since 1983. We grew out of the Knowles Manufacturing Company, a quality manufacturer of running gears for the agricultural market for more than 40 years. During the agricultural slow down in the early 1980’s, management diversified and took the existing skill-set and facilities to begin manufacturing utility trailers for the homeowner and outdoor enthusiast. Chilton Trailers was one of the first to commercially create these products for our customers and quickly built a reputation for quality and dependability. We pride ourselves in building quality products that offer the durability and value you expect. We are certified by the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers to manufacture to the industry specifications and guidelines.
