The CoronaS distribute oxygen rich air at set-point temperatures, creating perfect climate where premium animal welfare and optimum production results is the outcome.  The CoronaS air inlet mix incoming air with warm room air and distributes this temperate oxygen rich air evenly in the house - ensuring a dry, well ventilated house that enhance animal performance. The mixing of warm room air with incoming air reduces the need for additional heat supply by as much as 70% compared to traditional ventilation systems. The motor for the CoronaS is UL/ULc listed and can run on both 50Hz and 60Hz power grid.

The MagDoor from DACS is a fast operating roller door that substitutes conventional shutter systems and ensures completely unrestricted airflow and unsurpassed efficiency. MagDoor, with its insulated PVC segments, seals off a full size wall fan like MagFan, to prevent backdraft and cold air ingress. Alternatively, it may be used as an air intake, sealing off a vent opening in a wall, for instance a tunnel air inlet in a tunnel ventilated building. Mounted in front of a MagFan with an additional fan cover on the outside fan cone, the combination offers excellent thermal insulation and air tightness.

The Solectrifier harvests electricity directly from photovoltaic panels and feeds this electricity via the MagDrive straight to the MagFan - reducing electricity consumption by as much as 91%.

MagFan and MagFan Plus comes with a dedicated variable frequency drive (MagDrive) that allow for a speed range reaching from 160 to 750 rpm. MagFan motor and MagDrive are UL/ULc listed and can run on both 50Hz and 60Hz power grid. MagFan ONe is an on/off fan but can also operate via any variable frequency drive. The MagFan ONe motor is UL/ULc listed and can run on both 50Hz and 60Hz power grid.

MagFan Mini is a smaller version of the MagFan. It is a direct drive fan made of high quality materials. Aerodynamic optimization in all design phases has resulted in a fan with very high energy efficiency.

MagFan Plus comes with a dedicated variable frequency drive (MagDrive) that allows MagFan Plus to operate at variable speed from 160 rpm to 750 rpm and produce anything from 2000 m3/h (1180) to 79.490 m3/h (46786 cfm) at 0 Pascal.

Advanced climate control features in the ACS2 optimize the climate control process in the building. The software in the ACS2 determines the “dehumidification potential” and automatically stops the dehumidification process if useless.

The PS1 bird scale gives you a large number of daily weighings with very precise information on growth and homogeneity in the flock. The scale automatically calculates all statistic data such as weight, standard deviation, variation coefficient, homogeneity, daily growth, number of birds weighed per day etc. With up to 1800 weighings recorded every day the data gathered becomes very accurate. Information from the flock can be read directly on the display or via the on-line ACSnet management system. The PS1 bird scale is designed to cope with the harsh environment in a poultry house. It is easily installed and can quickly be removed from the poultry house before cleaning. The PS1 comes in a version for smaller birds and one for turkeys.

The warm water carried heating systems from DACS supplies a large quantity of dry heat to the house. Dry heat is useful both for heating up the house, but also for de-humidification because dry heat can absorb a large quantity of humidity. Especially during the winter months it is important to have full heating capacity available. The performance on the radiator is stated at a room temperature of 32 °C and an average temperature in the radiator of 85°C. All our warm water radiators are equipped with a 0.3 kW blower fan.

DACS offers a variety of flex-flow systems for feed transportation with a large selection of accessories. The systems are very strong, reliable and simple to install. You do not need a specialist to install or maintain the systems. A flex auger is a very simple yet highly reliable system for transportation of pelletized products. The flex-flow system can be used for both transportation from bin to feed cart and for feed distribution directly to the feeder.
