Driplines
Excel - 16 MM PC Dripline
DIG’s Excel PCD™ 1/2″ 16 mm pressure compensating dripline with two outlets per emitter is reliable, durable and precise with all the features you look for in an economical pressure compensating dripline. The dripline’s cylindrical drip emitters have exceptional self-regulating characteristics to ensure flow uniformity at a wide range of operating pressures, presenting many advantages in water management including longer laterals, high uniformity on slopes and operation in challenging topography. Each emitter’s floating silicone diaphragm with a large cross-sectional labyrinth water passage ensures uniformity is not disrupted by suspended elements in the water. The drip emitter’s self-flushing mode allows particles to pass through, providing reliable performance and a longer life.
Foggers & Micro Sprayers
EXL - Fogger with 1/4 Inch Barb
DIG’s EXL Series Low Flow Foggers operate at a pressure range of 35 to 80 PSI to produce micro-sized droplets, supporting optimal cooling or humidifying conditions by reducing temperature and increasing humidity. The fogger’s vortex design spins incoming water into a very fine mist, with higher incoming pressure giving smaller and finer droplets. Use where overhead cooling or misting is desired, or for plants that require constant moisture.
EXL - Fogger
DIG’s EXL Series 500 foggers produce very fine micro-sized droplets and are used to reduce temperature, increase humidity and maintain conditions conducive to propagation, seeding, and cooling in greenhouse, hothouse and shade house applications. Design flexibility is achieved with interchangeable nozzles to maximize a micro climate effect for cooling and humidifying.
DIG - Micro Sprayer
Designed for use in greenhouses, DIG’s 52-038-xx micro sprayers produce fine droplets and come in a wide range of flow rates. They are ideal for maintaining conditions conducive to propagation and germination. An optional anti-leak device prevents dripping at the beginning and the end of each irrigation cycle, keeping the entire line pressurized.
Micro Sprinklers
DIG - Flow-Regulated Mini Compact Micro Sprinkler
The flow-regulated mini compact micro sprinklers are designed to achieve a consistent flow rate in areas with pressure fluctuations and in difficult topography. The micro sprinklers have a floating silicon diaphragm with a large water passage to regulate flow and an integral filter attached to the nozzle to keep particles from entering the nozzle. The micro sprinklers’ frame is constructed without a bridge, ensuring a complete 360° circle for better uniformity.
DIG - Mini Compact Micro Sprinkler
DIG’s mini-compact micro sprinklers, series 861, present an advanced and economical solution for overhead micro irrigation of vegetables, row crops and under or between trees canopies. The micro sprinklers’ unique drive mechanism achieves strong spinner propulsion at lower pressure. A small backup filter ensures extra protection and serves as a secondary nozzle, keeping the droplet size even and providing excellent distribution uniformity. The mini-compact micro sprinklers use interchangeable components with a wide selection of nozzles suitable for applications in the irrigation of seedlings, young saplings and mature trees.
DIG - Mini Compact Micro Sprinkler
DIG’s mini-compact 866 series micro sprinklers offer high uniformity and efficient overhead irrigation in an inverted position for greenhouses. They can operate with an anti-leak device to prevent dripping at the beginning and at the end of each irrigation cycle, keeping the entire line pressurized. The micro sprinklers use interchangeable components with eight different nozzles and are suitable for applications in the irrigation of seedlings, young saplings and mature trees.
DIG - Mini Sprinkler
DIG’s 700 series insect-proof, dynamic mini sprinklers offer excellent distribution uniformity for irrigation of seedlings, mature trees, and under-canopy irrigation of saplings for greenhouses and nurseries. The press-fit base mini sprinklers are available in seven flow rates with color-coded bases, and varying configurations to fit a wide range of applications.
DIG - Compact Micro Sprinkler
DIG’s compact micro sprinkler, model 961 is a low-trajectory, single-stream micro sprinkler with insect-proof housing and large diameter of coverage. The micro sprinkler’s compact, turbine mechanism produces smooth operation that ensures uniform water distribution necessary for overlapping irrigation. A durable, insect-proof housing provides long lasting, trouble-free operation. The micro sprinkler is available in two models with full or adjustable circle coverage and is designed for use in a wide range of applications.
