DURÁN LUGO

In 1993, having worked as a salesman for a Madrid base company dedicated to the importing of Agricultural machinery, Antonio Durán López decided to set up independently. After studying several offers he came to an agreement with an Austrian company, Pöttinger, a specialized agricultural machinery manufacturer, to market their products in Spain. Due to the continued growth of sales, the family business, Durán Maquinaria Agrícola S. L was set up, introducing at the same time new products / brands to be marketed all over Spain. At the beginning of the year 2000, Mr. Duran’s two sons joined their father and the volume of business began to grow considerably so the need for new installations became a necessity. In September 2001 Durán Maquinaria Agrícola S. L moved to its present premises situated 3 km. from the centre of Lugo. It has 7.000 m2 of sales area and 1.200 m2 for offices, spare parts and stores.
