Founded in 2018, Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) is dedicated to becoming North America’s leading and most trusted environmental management company, providing efficient and cost-effective end-to-end environmental management solutions. In the fall of 2023, Environmental 360 Solutions acquired Raw Materials Company (RMC) of Port Colborne, Ontario. Established in 1985, Raw Materials Company was the primary destination for single-use alkaline batteries from across Ontario and beyond. Its success can be largely attributed to its innovative recycling programs to capture single-use batteries, strong relationships with municipalities and businesses, and its superior technology to recycle alkaline batteries.
