In 1996 four brothers launched Eastern Attachments with a single goal in mind - To produce class leading agricultural and construction attachments. Form and function were to be equally addressed, build quality was not to be compromised and our products had to offer the best value for money. We soon discovered that if these high standards were to be achieved we would need to develop new production techniques, use advanced materials and have innovation central to the whole process from design to production.

Whilst it's been hard work, the result is a company which has grown to become one of the UK's largest attachment manufacturers, boasting a purpose built production facility which utilises some of the worlds most advanced technologies. Quality & Standards

Eastern Attachments operates a quality management system certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. We are committed to providing the highest level of service to our customers and although cost competitiveness is paramount, we are not driven by simply providing the cheapest price but by ensuring the best quality and attention to detail.

We can work to simple drawings or more demanding standards that require certification for design, testing, production and inspection such as DNV 2.7-1 or BS EN 12079. Our welders are certified to BS EN 287-1:2004, with weld procedure approval to BS EN 288.

Production Processes

Eastern Attachments continue to invest in the latest technology ensuring our production processes remain modern, flexible, precise and efficient. They include laser and plasma profiling, cnc machining, punching, press work, folding and rolling, guillotine work, automated sawing, robot welding and robot spraying.

However, fabrication is more than just machines. By analysing the whole production process and applying advanced manufacturing techniques we are able to increase efficiency, optimise component quality and work to tight deadlines.

Utilising High-Strength Steel

Advanced high-strength low-alloys steels have a far greater yield strength and resistance to deformation than would normally be experienced with standard mild steels commonly used within industry. When combined with the appropriate manufacturing techniques these advanced steels offer weight savings and enhanced formability that allows for greater part complexity, leading to fewer individual parts and more manufacturing flexibility.

Together with our unique engineering technologies, we can fully utilise the potential of these advanced steels and thereby improve strength, load capacity, enhance fatigue and crash performance, whilst reducing weight, production and maintenance costs.
