eFishery aims to provide fisheries products as the main source of animal protein that is not only rich in nutrients but also accessible to everyone. That being said, we are here to take part in the Aquaculture revolution. In 2020, there were around 811 million people who had to deal with hunger. Even before the pandemic began, around 660 million people were estimated to face hunger in 2030 and the pandemic substantially multiples the number. As one of the most growing industries, Aquaculture can contribute significantly to food security. It provides a reliable and sustainable supply of affordable aquatic food products with greater access to markets across the developing and developed world.
