Egedal Maskinfabrik A/S
Egedal Maskinfabrik A/S is a Danish company, which was founded in 1934 and has its root in Egebjerg outside Horsens. The first years, the company particularly engaged in agricultural machinery and small metal products. In 1948 in co-operation with a local nurseryman, they began to develop and produce machines for nurseries. Only few years later, these machines had become a wide range of machinery for nurseries and forestry. Even in 1950 the first machines where exported to Scandinavia and Germany and soon more countries followed.
