The mission of the company is the production of sowing, tillage equipment, as well as equipment for plant protection of high technical level based on new technologies to meet the needs of consumers, ensuring the harmonious development of the Company in the interests of staff, shareholders and the region. In Yelisavetgrad in the summer of 1874f British brothers Robert and Thomas Elworthy opened their own company selling agricultural machinery and spare parts. The business of importing cars was successful - only in the first year of the company the number of employees increased from 4 to 12 people. Production of grain spreading seeders has started. Unlike competitors, Elworthy did not copy the known samples, and sought to produce cars of new design.
