This technology was developed in 1993 for an R&D project aiming to introduce ohmic heating to the food industry. Emmepiemme offer testing services for food and beverage product in compliance with existing regulations, in partnership with SSICA (Stazione Sperimetale Industria Conserve Alimentari. The project was created in partnership with a microwave specialized company and food processing with expert engineers. Emmepiemme also offers post-sale assistance for clients all over the world, production process and product specification are strictly confidential and monitored by expert technicians, with no externalization of the know-how and intellectual properties.
