The Medi is a heavy-duty mulcher/shredder it is available in 1.00m, 1.20m, 1.40 and 1.60m widths which are designed for cutting and chopping grass and maintenance debris between vineyard or orchard rows. The resulting mulch will degrade and fertilize the crop. The low profile of the Medi keeps them close to the ground and under overhanging foliage without damaging the vines or trees. Unlike many shredders they are extremely stable and without vibration which is helped by the automatic belt tensioning system. Heavy duty bearings support a rear mounted roller and scraper allowing operation even in difficult conditions. These features and the deep powder coat paint finish contribute to this range being considered as one of the top-class shredders available.

Combing a FT mounted front tank with any of the FarmGEM mounted sprayers is a great way of increasing your spraying capacity and of course efficiency. It comes with a useful 1500 litre tank capacity. The FT is specially designed to provide maximum forward visibility and concave mirrors can be fitted to further enhance visibility. A hydraulically driven pump is fitted for filling, agitation and liquid transfer from FT to the rear sprayer as required. This is controlled from an in-cab control box allowing the operator to manage weight distribution depending on field condition. Dry tank contents gauge, access step and road lighting are also included in the standard specification.

This 600, 800, 1000 or 1200 litre machines with manual folding 12 or 15 metre booms is ideal for the smaller grower wanting to update to a sprayer that meets all the latest legislation. Because it is loaded with features, as standard is comes, with clean water tank flush system, clothing locker, chemical induction hopper, water self-fill and electric main on/off which are just some of the many features. So, as you can see it is highly specified for its class. The boom has a swing suspension and a safety break back system, boom height is adjustable via a hydraulic lift and for those road journeys road lights are also fitted as standard.

Available with the versatile 15, 16 or 18 metre vertical folding boom the MVF is the ideal sprayer for farmers spraying root crops or areas with many obstructions such as electric poles. The VF boom is electro hydraulically controlled via an in-cab switch box and can be either partially folded or completely folded on one side. When folded for transport the MVF has a low and compact profile. A slim 1200 litre polyethylene tank is fitted inside a robust closed coupled frame combined with the VF vertical folding boom ensures excellent stability. The VF boom is cleverly constructed form high tensile steel to be extremely strong without being too heavy. All steel is covered with two coats of flexible powder paint.

The Atlas has a stylish design which provides one of the lowest centres of gravity in its class enabling a or 3300 or 4400 litre capacities without compromising stability. The heavy duty steering axle has both leaf-spring and air-bag suspension to further enhance stability both on the road and in the field. The steering axle is controlled by a technically advanced steering sensors and a machine slope sensor ensure accurate steering and minimum headland damage and safe manoeuvrability. A Delta 80 auto rate control system with operator joystick to control the seven section spray sections is also standard. The “Series 3” boom offers widths out to 28m and all boom movements are controlled by electro hydraulics via operators joy stick.

The Pioneer Trailed Sprayer supersedes the Diamond FarmGEM’s most popular machine! Specified with a 3000 litre (3300 max capacity) tank and the proven “Self-Trak” drawbar, it is perfect for use for vegetable crops where the precise wheel tracking is key to oil seed rape where the smooth under belly and 600mm + clearance is important. It is packed with features as standard, many of which make the operation of the Pioneer much easier and efficient for the operator. For example we designed the first “Self-Trak” drawbar over 20 years ago and it has evolved over the years to the unique and reliable version offered today which requires no complicated electronics, hydraulics, sensors or control from the operator! A Delta 80 terminal with 8.4” colour screen controls the application rate combined with joystick to control of spraying on/off and boom functions.

A unique self-propelled sprayer especially designed and manufactured to treat tall crops such as maize, oil seed rape or sun flowers. The Sapphire VT2 is unique and not a standard build machine which has been adapted to have higher ground clearance! The VT2 has a ground clearance of 200cm and excellent stability, this has been achieved by mounting twin 2000 litre (4000 litre total) tanks in between the front and rear wheels on each side of the machine. When the hydraulically powered axle track adjustment 210cm – 310cm moves the tanks also move, making the VT2 the most stable machine with 200cm ground clearance available. As with the other Sapphire machines a quiet high specification cabin which has an air bag mounting to the chassis is standard.

The Sapphire III is packed with even more features than a Sapphire II and can be fitted with either 5000 or 6000 litre tanks. The highly efficient Perkins 225hp, 255hp or 300hp Tier V final 6-cylinder engine provides plenty of power whilst SmartDrive TM monitors and controls the MS18 and MW24 Poclain hydrostatic transmission, reducing fuel consumption and via cruise control maintains a constant spraying speed. Hydraulic track width can be adjusted between 180cm and 220 cm from the cabin. The Cabin is fully air suspended and is one of the most spacious available, Operator comfort is further enhanced by the ergonomic positioning of all vehicle and sprayer controls and excellent all-round visibility thanks to large windows and narrow pillars.

A professional machine for the professional grower, the Sapphire II provides operator comfort, sophistication and the latest technology. Tank capacity choices of 3500, 4000 or 5000 litres, each machine is hand build to suit the customers individual requirements. A choice of 174hp, 200hp or 225hp Perkins Tier V final 6-cylinder engines provide a smooth, high torque delivery of power to the hydrostatic transmission system enabling a transport speed of up to 40km/h. During the design process of the Sapphire II our number one priority was the operator. So, we fitted a quiet high specification cabin which has an air bag mounting to the chassis, this combined with the all-round axle air suspension provides the ultimate operator comfort and platform for perfect boom stability.

The Open is a wider heavy-duty mulcher/chopper available in 1.60m, 2.00m, 3.00m and 4.00 metre widths. It is designed to mulch oil see rape, maize, corn and cotton stalks or grass and brush. The chassis is reinforced with a twin metal sheets of 6mm and 5mm and coated with a durable oven baked powder paint finish. A five-dive belt system with auto tension adjustment delivers power to a heavy duty 200mm cylinder fitted V blades designed for cutting even the toughest plant stalks. A protective steel front curtain ensures chopped debris stays within the cutting compartment and an adjustable rear discharge cover allows the operator to direct the chopped material as he wishes. Close chopping is assured as the adjustable rear wheels ensure the perfect chopping height.
