Farnham Common Nurseries
Farnham Common Nurseries was established in 1986 as a trade nursery, the business has grown, and in 1999 the whole nursery moved onto nearby agricultural land, leaving the retail nursery on the original site which became the Plant Emporium. We supply good quality plants to keen gardeners, and budding amateurs, as well as landscapers, and garden designers. The plants from the wholesale nursery are available to our retail customers, but we also stock the more traditional garden centre plants.

Wholesale Nursery
Farnham Common Nurseries was started in September 1986 by Tony Whittle, and two business partners, originally the nursery was purely wholesale, but now has built up a retail area.
The trade nursery deals with designers, and commercial contractors, parks, councils, large estates, and golf clubs. We would be more than happy to register your details on our system, on receipt of proof of trading, for example a business card.
Although not set out as a cash, and carry, we do have 3 hectares of plants that you can choose from. We grow a large amount of stock on site including:
- Shrubs
- Herbaceous Perennials
- Ferns
- Grasses
- Small Trees
We also buy in specialist plants including:
- Rhododendrons
- Large Specimen Shrubs
- Conifers
- Topiary
From November, to March. we stock a range of hedging, native and imported from whips to large root balled Yew, Laurels, and Holly.
If we don’t have the plant at our wholesale nursery, we can often source it for you. We also stock a range of composts and we are also agents for Rowlawn.
