The PSV spray tower airblast atomizer has been designed for the homogeneous distribution of product along the row height and perfectly balanced on both sides of the machine. The tower reduces the distance-to-target. As a result, it is possible to reduce the spray output while improving his overall coverage! That represents considerable cost savings and reduced environmental impact. The conveyor of the PSV creates an “air blade” directed toward the tree-row with minimum loss of product by drift. Thanks to the axial propeller from 800mm, this tower sprayer develops a powerful air blast that easily penetrates even the thickest vegetable wall. Towers move the air and nozzles closer to the target compared to the curved booms on a conventional airblast sprayer. When the distance-to-target is reduced, the odds of droplets reaching the target are improved. That means less pesticide drift and more deposit in the plant canopy. Ideal for espalier and sapling plants, even with heights over 4 meters. The jets are adjustable and positioned outside the airflow.

Hot dip galvanized frame. The polyethylene tank internally is highly smooth, this avoids deposits and encrustations. Suction filter with connection for tank loading. Total emptying valve. Safe ladder with handles and pedestal. The boom lifting system is stabilized thanks to a “C” shape section guide. Mounts Colibrì booms (12 or 13 m) and Gabbiano booms (12 or 15 m).
