The FM10D-7-TC is a 7-ton electric log splitter capable of splitting softwood and hardwood logs of up to 450mm in length and is suitable for domestic use. It is fitted with our DuocutTM blade, which enables it to split logs from both ends and split logs as effectively as a 10-ton machine. It ensures that by splitting from both ends. If a knot is encountered at one end, it will still split from the other. The FM10D-7-TC has a simultaneous button and lever operation, so it cannot be operated one-handed, making it compliant with the latest safety regulations. The FM10D-TC comes fitted with the Ram Stop that can limit the amount of return travel by the blade. If you are splitting a lot of short logs, then you can set the return distance to slightly greater than your log length, and this will save considerable time.

The FM10TW-7 is a powerful 7-ton electric log splitter suitable for heavy-duty domestic use. It has a ram pressure of 500 bar* to handle hard woods such as oak and is fitted with our new trolley stand that has lockable castors on the front to make it easily manoeuvrable. To handle the higher pressure and harder wood, the FM10TW-7-TC has a number of upgrades including a reinforced heavy-duty fixed blade and a larger cylinder diameter than 5 ton models. The FM10TW-7-TC comes with our trademarked DuocutTM blade, enabling it to split logs more efficiently than log splitters fitted with a traditional pusher and by being able to split from either end to cope with knotty wood. In addition, it is fitted with a ramstop that reduces the return distance and time when splitting shorter logs.

The Forest Master Bulk Log Stand is capable of safely securing multiple logs for the user to chainsaw, the logs are held in place by 2 chains which automatically prevent the logs from moving during cutting. The main advantage of the design is that when the user is cutting the logs there is nothing directly below that can be caught by the chainsaw reducing risk or injury to the user and damage to the chainsaw or saw horse. The Bulk Log Stand can fold flat for storage by turning the uprights and the legs (see picture below). The height of the Bulk Log Stand can easily be adjusted from 720mm to 1300mm to accomodate varying quantities of logs. The use of a simple wood base means that the user has the option to make a customised base out of any available wood.

The patented (UK No. 2494459) Forest Master Heavy Duty Manual Hydraulic Duocut Log Splitter uses a lift jack capable of producing a total of 10 ton in force. This will split logs with a length of 51cm*, a diameter of 30cm* vertically and 50cm* horizontally. This log splitter can be used both vertically using foot pedals and horizontally using hand levers.

The Ultimate DuoCut Kindling Axe Base can be used with manual drop weight log splitters, such as the Logosol Smart Splitter, to enable logs to be split from both ends. This increase the efficiency of splitting, making the logs easier to split and making it easier to split knotty logs. The DuoCut Kindling Axe Base can also be used as a kindling blade for easily and safely making kindling. Using the USBB is safer than using an axe. The USBB is simply mounted on any convenient wood base, such as used for the Logosol Smart Splitter, using the four screws supplied. When used with a drop weight log splitter, the base washer and spacer tube are placed over the log splitter mounting pole to stop the blades clashing. The log is placed on the USBB and the splitter used in the normal manner. This kindling axe is also capable of splitting small dry logs (must be dry) up to 10″ in size. Avoid splitting greenwood on this tool.  Simply place the wood on the USBB and hit it with a mallet.

Our FM16E chainsaw is lightweight and perfectly balanced for maximum control. For safety, the kickback brake positioned directly forward of the main handle allows the chainsaw to be rapidly stopped with just a nudge from the back of your hand. This allows you to retain control if you have to stop the chainsaw abruptly.

The FM6DD is a patented (GB2008049.5) compact petrol wood chipper for sale which is capable of chipping wood up to 50mm (2 inches) in diameter. The FM6DD’s powerful 6hp LCT engine can rotate the chipper drum at a maximum of 3600rpm. This enables it to easily chip all kinds of freshly cut wood from hard to soft. It is a direct drive for better performance and this also means that there are no belts or chains that you have to keep adjusting. We have two versions of the FM6DD available, a standard version that features a pull start and an upgraded Electric Start version for those who don’t want to deal with the hassle of a pull start. The electric start version also includes a backup pull-start.
