Great Plains Ag, a division of Great Plains Mfg., Inc., is a company proud of its Midwestern roots. Based in Salina, Kansas, Great Plains Ag has been a leader in seeding equipment since its inception in 1976. Great Plains not only remains a leading producer of Grain Drills, but is also recognized across North America as a leader in Vertical Tillage, Hybrid Tillage, and Conventional Tillage Equipment, Planters, and Compact Drills. With manufacturing facilities across North Central Kansas, we have learned that the work ethic of smaller Kansas communities is second to none. The Great Plains Ag Division has plants located in Salina, Ellsworth, and Tipton, Kansas. Many of our employees come from rural areas and have agricultural backgrounds – so they know the products they build and understand how our customers will use them. This knowledge helps us build a product that will perform as expected for years to come.
