Hidden in North Shropshire woodland is the pleasantly situated works of Harry West (Prees) Limited where the successful West farm machinery is produced. The Company`s first Dual Spreaders and Mixers, introduced in 1979, heralded a new range of purpose-made machinery developed with the busy farmer in mind. The Gold Award winning Dual Spreader and the Silver Award winning Hi-Feeder and Mixer wagons have long been trusted favourites in the field. These have since been joined by the Straw Chopper in 1983 and in more recent years by the revolutionary contra-flow Diet Feeder and large capacity Rear Discharge Manure Spreader.
