Hog Slat’s bulk feed tanks are the heaviest grade of feed bins on the market today. Our bins are longer lasting and built with 5-10% more steel, by weight, than other available tanks on the market. Manufactured in-house, we control all raw material purchasing and manufacturing operations, constructing the most durable bin available to protect one of the most valuable inputs on your farm.

Flexible auger systems make up the backbone of feed delivery systems for most poultry and swine production operations. GrowerSELECT® Grow-Flex™ auger and feed line components are engineered and designed to provide reliable performance where you need it. Additionally, many GrowerSELECT feed system components are high-quality direct replacement parts that will fit your existing flexible auger feeding systems from other manufacturers.

Hog Slat wean-to-finish feeders are designed to get young pigs off to a quick start and feed growing hogs to market weight efficiently. Solid trough dividers protect pigs of all ages while eating and increase the strength of the feeder to resist damage from larger hogs.

The GrowerSELECT G-Logic control pan is an end control pan that features a non-mechanical capacitive sensor to detect feed levels, increasing reliability and eliminating the possibility of a mechanical switch that can wear out and stop working. The G-Logic sensor also eliminates the need for a fabric diaphragm.

The new “Farm Smart” X-Brace design improves fan lifespan and performance while reducing maintenance downtime and costs. These fans were designed putting an emphasis on using corrosion resistant materials while also delivering improved CFM performance under standard operating static pressures required in modern hog and poultry barns.

Available in 24”, 36” and 48” length models with your choice of chain and sprocket or cable drive options.

Providing supplemental heat for piglets in farrowing and young nursery pigs is critical to help them get off to a good start. The Hog Slat® Poly Heat Lamp features a durable, polypropylene shade that is designed to protect heat bulbs and provide many years of use in your swine buildings.

The GrowerSELECT® HSWS-01 sprinkler control unit is a programmable and automatically increases the run time and frequency of the system’s operation as needed based on temperature set points. An available data plug allows settings from a controller to be stored and quickly replicated on other control units across the farm. The controller operates three different stages of cooling intervals based on the temperature inside ahe barn.
