The container  cannot be damaged by the pigs. The trough is produced from corrosion and acid resistant polymer concrete which is extremely durable. The broad edge and practical depth minimizes feed wastage. This has been tested by the Danish SEGES pig research centre. This high quality enables us to provide a 5 year guarantee for ErgoMat automatic feeders.

Dr. Mayday has approximately the same functions as Dr. Sherlock but does not have a digital display. The system can monitor that ventilation operates at the optimum in up to 10 housing units. The integrated audio computer provides an acoustic alarm message that describes the nature of the problem. The fault message is simultaneously sent to up to 5 mobile telephones. Initially, Dr. Mayday can only be applied with control systems from KJ Klimateknik. The system is available in both GSM and telephone network models.
