Grain silos which are gas sealed are recommended for the long term storage of grain. Kotzur Fertiliser silos are internally coated with a high build epoxy to provide extra durability against the harsh nature of some fertilisers. They are suited for the storage of super phosphate and other fertilisers, and may also be used for short term grain storage.For nitrogen fertiliser and long term storage of grain, the gastight option is recommended.

Feed and Pellets silos are specially designed for the storage of stockfeeds. For reasonable accuracy, make all measurements to the nearest centimetre (0.01 of a metre) then enter them into the calculator in metres (e.g. if you measure 1052 cm then enter 10.52 m). Adhesive tape is useful for holding the end of the tape measure in the right spot when making measurements.
