QUATTRO - Model MC 180 S - Maize Choppers
KUHN MC maize choppers distinguish oneself for high outputs with low input. Based on the MC 90 S TWIN this 4-row MC 180 S QUATTRO has two chopping wheels and feeding systems. The power transmission of the MC 180 S QUATTRO runs via the PTO drive shaft, V-belts and gears. This requires minimum maintenance. The MC 180 S QUATTRO is equally suited for front and rear mounting. Sharpening and re-adjusting the chopping wheel on the MC 180 S QUATTRO could not be easier and faster. The both outer rows are transported into the chopping wheel via the intake chain. The discharge chute is hydraulically remote controlled from the tractor driver’s seat. Flap control is by means of a hydraulically adjusting facility.
