Lake Harvest was formed in 1997 to produce high quality tilapia for the European and Southern Africa markets. As the largest integrated tilapia operation in Africa, Lake Harvest is committed to providing sustainably reared, high quality and great tasting fish: We breed our own fingerlings from indigenous African fish. We grow our fish in floating cages on both Lake Kariba and Lake Victoria. We feed our fish with natural locally grown cereals, mostly from our own feed mills. We operate to the highest world class standards. We sell fresh and frozen fish through our own distribution channels across sub Saharan Africa.
