Lobo Products, Inc.

Lobo Products Inc. was founded in 1996 by CEO Ricardo Romero in Oxnard California, a city that has become a leader in agriculture . It all started when Ricardo came to this country in search of progressing in his field as a certified public accountant. Without any knowledge of the language he was unable to find employment in his career. He went back to college and applied for part time work. He failed miserably at his McDonalds job, and his English classes were a difficult challenge. A good friend encouraged him to stay and work as a book keeper for a farm labor contractor. After working for several farm labor contractors he applied for his own labor contracting license. As Ricardo became more involved with his new business he soon he saw the lack of innovation within the tool harvesting industry. It was then that Ricardo developed his harvesting gloves specifically for lemons. He located a manufacture, began to sell them locally and Lobo Products Inc. was founded.
