The mission of LvLogics is to become the global leader in providing IoT-connected remote monitoring devices for various types of silos. Both co-founders have backgrounds in dairy farming, equipping them with firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by farmers when feed supplies run out unexpectedly. Barry, one of the co-founders with a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, leveraged his experience in remote oil monitoring to develop a solution for solids monitoring using laser technology. A significant challenge was the dusty environment inside silos, which could interfere with laser accuracy. Barry designed a patented 'self-cleaning' solution named 'SiloSpi' that uses targeted air jets to clean the laser when it becomes dirty. This ensures the reliability and accuracy of the SiloSpi system, even in harsh environments. LvLogics prides itself on delivering cost-effective, innovative products that have a real impact on users across various industrial and agricultural settings, particularly on dairy farms.
