Biotal is one of the UK`s leading animal nutrition companies specialising in the development of forage and animal nutrition products based upon microbial and enzyme technologies. Acquired by Lallemand Inc in 2001, Biotal services the needs of agricultural businesses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Scandinavia and Russia and is the sole distributor of Lallemand feed additives in the UK. Biotal is headquartered in Cardiff, Wales with a local production and distribution facility at Thirsk in Yorkshire. Biotal is FAMI-QS and UFAS accredited and the Thirsk facility is GMP and FEMAS accredited. All Biotal products are manufactured to ISO 9001-2000 standards. Our UK R&D and QC laboratory is also based at our Cardiff headquarters.
