Mastercut Cutting Systems Ltd stocks and manufactures to order a wide range of Industrial Blades and Knives. Our British made industrial blades suit to a wide range of machinery. Over 15 years ago the company introduced EDM technologies in the form of Ona E400 and E900 EDM machines to produce some of the more complex and intricate knife shapes that customers were demanding. Recently MASTERCUT decided to upgrade the technology in the form of an Accutex AU600i EDM machine which allows greater accuracy at far quicker speeds. In some instances MASTERCUT are now able to produce the same product almost 3 times faster than previous. The faster cutting speeds have enabled us to maintain a competitive edge and given us extra capacity to take on more value added products. With the support and back up of the main agents in the UK CNC International of Ross- on -wye, who confidently took us through the initial teething problems and Tweeked the settings to give us what is now problem free production
