CHASSIS: Slurry tanker PN-20/2 is designed as self-supporting tank, mounted on a single-axle chassis. TANK: A steel, hot galvanized tank has internal strengthening rings. Closed rear head with a Ø 420 mm hatch. Sight-glasses are mounted on the front head. COMPRESSOR: As a standard JUROP PN 45M compressor is mounted on the drawbar.

Closed rear head with a Ø 600 mm hatch. Sight-glasses are mounted on the front head. An overflow safety device is placed in the upper part of the tank.

Closed rear head with a Ø 600 mm hatch. Sight-glasses are mounted on the front head. An overflow safety device is placed in the upper part of the tank.

CHASSIS: Slurry tanker PN-50 is designed as self-supporting tank, mounted on a single-axle chassis. TANK: A steel, hot galvanised tank with central frame has internal strengthening rings. Closed rear head with a Ø 600 hatch. Sight-glasses are mounted on the front head. An overflow safety device and Ø 200 mm hatch are placed in the upper part of the tank and connection pipes for valves are placed on sides.

CHASSIS: Slurry tanker PN-60/3 is designed as self-supporting tank, mounted on a single-axle chassis. TANK: A steel, hot galvanised tank with central frame has internal strengthening rings. Closed rear head with Ø600 hatch and two connection pipes. 3” sight-glasses are mounted on the front head and connection pipes for valves on sides of the tank. A Ø 200 mm hatch and overflow safety valve are placed in the upper part of the tank.

Injector consists of a hydraulically rotated shaft on which four coulters are hinged. A distributor with ball valves and hoses is mounted on the discharge connection pipe through which liquid manure flows down to the discharge pipes behind the coulters. Application depth can be adjusted by an appropriate mounting of the coulter arm with an articulated joint. One bolt plays the role of a shear bolt.

Structure: Injector consists of a hydraulically rotated shaft attached through the brackets with bearings to the tank frame. The four arms link the shaft with the frame on which the distributor is mounted with hoses, as well as, one row of disc blades and dragged sweep rakes through an articulated joint.

A three-way pipe with a horizontal, ball-valve closed pipe, is mounted to the rear gate valve of the vehicle. In the main pipe, there are 10 connection pipes with discs, controlling the outflow of liquid manure through fire hoses. The tilting frames allow folding of the hoses.

STRUCTURE: The dribble bars carrying frame, together with the rear frame and unfolding lateral arms is mounted to the tank frame. A mixer is mounted on the rear frame, distributing liquid manure into PVC hoses mounted on the arms, then to the three-way pipes dividing each manure flow into two dragged fire hoses. Tilted frames with hose guides are lifted and lowered manually. The double-section hydraulic distributor on the rearframe allows opening and closing of the arms and starts the mixer. Structure rigidity is ensured by stays between the frame and the tank bottom.
