The 2212D Pivot Dump Scraper by Metalcraft is engineered to excel in precision land leveling projects. The scraper is built to enable tandem operation to boost single power unit capacity. Additionally, it features built-in shut-off valves on the cylinders, providing extra safety during maintenance. The 70-inch gate opening allows for efficient unloading of material, while the absence of a hinge gate and flexible side sheets minimizes wear points and potential breakdowns. Designed to handle tough job site conditions, the scraper features a wheel carriage that repels material buildup, a bolt-on rear hitch accommodating all hitch types, and robust hydraulic cylinder components crafted from all steel and zinc-coated flat-face o-ring couplers. The added rack height provides spill-over protection, securing rear hydraulics from debris damage. It can be tandem-pulled to increase capacity using a single power unit, making it highly versatile and capable of supporting power units exceeding 450 HP (331 kW). The robust design and optional containerization make it suitable for large-scale operations and transport.
