The tale of the Mori company begins in 1922, when Luigi, listening to the requests of farmers in the wine sector, began to make presses. Soon, working alongside his children, the company welcomed technological innovations, producing electric piston pumps, destemmers, filters and automatic electric hydraulic presses. The quality offered rapidly expanded the customer base to all wine and oil producers in Italy. Collaboration with significant oenologists has helped us design and build increasingly sophisticated machinery, improving the quality of the wines and oils produced.
