Automatic programmable tray stacker with end roller table.

Mosa supplies a wide range of automatic destackers for various models of trays, pots and pot holders. Destackers that can be customized according to the shape and quality of the tray/pot material.

A three-axis robot to handle various type of trays commonly used in horticulture; it collects the trays from a stacker or from a conveyor and places them on a pallet according to a programmable layout at the desired height. The handling clamp can carry up to 45 kg. The control system guarantees high speed of movement, up to 240 cycles / hour.
