The TEA 600N transplanter is an intuitive and easy to use machine, ideal for growers seeking performances without sacrificing flexibility. Able to carry out large volumes of work with reduced maintenance interventions, the 600N transplanter is equipped with individually motorized grippers and allows the side picking of seedlings. Characterized by robustness and precision, the TEA 1500N and 2000N transplanters are ideal for growers that need to carry out large volumes of work. The bridge, that moves parallel to the direction of advancement of the trays, is mounted on two parallel guides, conferring the machine solidity and precision. The grippers are individually motorized and it is possible to pick up the plants from the side. If the pattern of the cells of the destination tray does not allow the use of all the grippers, the machine signals it and “parks” the excess grippers on the side. The machine parameters and the programs entered can be saved on a USB memory.

The TEA 1500J and 2000J transplanters are especially designed for the connection and integration to pot fillers equipped with carousels and to all machines with a chain transport system of pots.
